Job ID: 2020327 UPMC Hamot is a 412-bed tertiary care facility, regional referral hub and Level II Trauma Center located in Erie, Pa. Supported by a 400-member medical staff and 3,100 dedicated employees, UPMC Hamot's mission is to serve its patients, communities, and one another in the UPMC Hamot tradition of quality, health, healing, and education. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to help support our Primary Care Partners office .

Basic Qualifications:CRNP:

• The successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program is required
• BSN, MSN is preferred
• Professional nursing experience and/or nurse practitioner experience is preferred
• A current state RN license and CRNP certification in the State of Pennsylvania is required
• A current CPR certification is required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification
• Prior clinical experience in a pediatric and/or urology setting is strongly preferred

PA:

• A graduate of a physician assistant program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the physician assistant (ARC-PA) is required
• BS or MS candidate is preferred
• Experience as a physician assistant and/or experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• A current state PA license, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) is required
• A current CPR certification is required
• Prior clinical experience in a pediatric and/or urology setting is strongly preferred
