Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is a progressive, nationally recognized health system with 3 hospital campus! es comprising over 900 beds. We have per diem positions available for neonatologists to work in our 40-bed Level III NICU. Successful candidates will be hired on a per diem basis and may work a couple of days per month or a couple of days per week. Enjoy excellent compensation and paid malpractice. We require board certification and experience in a Level III NICU.
The Children’s Hospital at Lehigh Valley Hospital is the only children’s hospital in the region that provides care in 28 specialties and general pediatrics. There is a 30-bed inpatient unit, 8-bed Level II pediatric intensive care unit, a pediatric specialty center, Level II pediatric trauma center and 12-bed pediatric ER. We have MFM 24/7 in-house coverage, a 10-bed perinatal unit and 10 LDRs through which we register nearly 4,000 annual deliveries. LVHN has a major academic affiliation with the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and a unique partnership to provide an innovative ! medical education program to train tomorrow’s physicians. LV! HN currently trains 223 residents in 18 residency and fellowship programs.
We are located in a beautiful suburban area known as the Lehigh Valley, 60 minutes north of Philadelphia and 90 minutes west of NYC.
