Meet one of our Lifeâ€"changers. http://www.youtube.com/carefusion Job Title: Clinical Operations â€" Technical Sales Consultant Job Family Group (Function): Sales Support Job Family: Trusted Advisement CareFusion Business Description What Clinical Operations contributes to CareFusion Clinical Operations is responsible for supporting the timely and quality sale, installation and monitoring of CareFusion products and services; may also provide product and service education to facilitate technology adoption and workflow change management. *Demonstrates thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant clinical operations, products and services *Participates in and collaborates with Sales Representative and Customer during clinical preâ€"sales support, assessment and evaluation! of new products and services *Participates in or leads the po! stâ€"sales assessment, design, implementation and monitoring of new products and services *Makes recommendations that will drive customer acceptance and utilization of new products and services *Identifies and communicates opportunities for product improvement using direct customer feedback What is expected of you and others at this level in Clinical Operations for functional success *Proactively develops and maintains broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in own functional area(s); applies broad knowledge of trends and best practices in a manner that ensures exceptional performance and results. *Uses deep subject matter expertise, influence and process skills to help the enterprise clients and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications *Demonstrates deep expertise of supported client; collaborates with COE to identify the drivers leading to business success.
- Manages dayâ€"toâ€"day ! operational processes; develops and implements procedures in response to changing business needs and program design. *Diagnoses problems related to daily transactional processes; determines possible resolutions and implements effective solutions in a timely manner. *Territory will include CareFusion s East Sales Region for Respiratory Diagnostics. *Registered Respiratory Therapist or prior related clinical or technical experience.
- 3â€"5 years of experience in a pulmonary lab. Additional experience in Sleep Testing or Infant Pulmonary Function Testing is a plus *Must have Previous Respiratory Critical Care experience. *Experience with Pulmonary Testing including Cardiopulmonary Exercise Testing, Pediatric Pulmonary Function testing, and Sleep Diagnostics preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills *Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) *Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills requir! ed *Ability to communicate effectively, excellent presentation skills, ! and good interpersonal skills.
- Frequent travel required, including overnight stays. (75% travel) *Knowledge of operation of PC based medical equipment and/or related products.
