Description: Conemaugh Health System is in need of Ultrasound Technologist right now, this position will be delegated in Pennsylvania. REQUIRED: Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology or Graduate of an approved ultrasound school. One year of ultrasonography experience or graduat! e of approved school of ultrasound. ARDMS â€" eligible â€" must become registered within 2 years of hire. OR ARRT (U) â€"eligible â€" must become registered within 2 years of hire. * NOTE : Must take one portion of ARDMS Registry Exam within 90 days of hire OR must take ARRT (U) exam within 90 days of hire.
SUMMARY: Performs a variety of ultrasound tests for patients of all ages (neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics). Applies principles, theories and techniques of ultrasound technology to produce reliable test results.
