Responsibilities
- Deliver & manage company sales objective in specific Sub-Area
- Identify sales growth & opportunity in specific Sub-Area
- Plan, direct, coordinate, execute & control all sales and promotion activities.
- Provide effective leadership to his sales team (distributors, promotions girls, event organizer as well as outlet)
- To come up with innovation to win the targeted market share.
- Conduct accurate marketing & competitor intelligence to support sales program & strategy.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in his area in line with the guidelines and directives of marketing.
Requirements
- Ready to relocate all around Indonesia
- Bachelor or master in business, marketing or financial
- Minimum experience 3 years in FMCG Industry
- Has a strong passion in Sales and negotiation skills
- Has a good communication in English both oral & written
