Internal projects coordinator [United Kingdom]


 

Job Purpose:

To deliver a professional service coordinating the ground works division of Mayglothling, whilst maintaining the customer service excellence experience for all corporate and domestic clients with our company values at the forefront of our offering at all times.

Key Responsibilities & Activities

· Cooperate with Mayglothling and co-workers to help everyone meet their Health and safety obligations and set exemplary Health & Safety standards within the business, bringing attention to any safety concerns or potential shortfalls you identify.

· Answering calls

· Assisting building division in achieving and exceed building division KPI’s by communicating with building teams daily.

  • Chasing up leads & booking site visits.
  • Building quotes & reports and send to customer.
  • Inputting and following up quotes on CRM
  • Scheduling works on Vigo/CRM & Updating spreadsheet.
  • Set up projects – apply for permits, building control, section 50’s, dial before you dig, road closures, maps etc
  • Communicating with EA and NRW
  • Liaising with suppliers when required
  • Confirming deliveries and noting serial numbers when required
  • Chasing Electrical certificates
  • Updating CRM with all documents
  • Creating final packs

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours of work 8am – 5pm & 9am - 6pm (on a rota system)

And; Occasional Saturday
