Office Assistant [United States]


 

Looking for an office assistant to work at a construction company office.

Tasks and responsibilities generally include:

  • Administration of the office activities
  • File management
  • Answering phone and emails
  • Prepare documents including submittals and bids
  • Assist with accounting and payment procedures
  • General paperwork
  • Managing online accounts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glendale, CA 91203: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
