1. Under the guidance of the ESM/AOM, this role supports daily operations, expansions, and administration of Enterprise/Area Accounts in a defined territory.
2. The FSR ensures service quality, stepping in for absent staff, overseeing operations, and aiding new site implementation.
3. They maintain compliance with Service Excellence, document improvements, and assist in staff training.
4. In Boston/Cambridge, this role functions as a receptionist three days a week, handling visitors and calls from across the U.S.
5. They assist applicants, distribute badges, manage access, and schedule meetings.
6. Participation in company and community events, administrative tasks, and PC support are key responsibilities.
7. The FSR upholds the company's values, fosters relationships, and manages phone lists.
8. They handle loaner phones, support other teams, and complete assigned duties.
9. Endorsing service excellence and customer satisfaction remains paramount.
10. In a dynamic blend of reception and support, the FSR embodies a multifaceted role.
