The Clinical Informatics (CI) Training Manager will provide training leadership in the implementation, integration, and ongoing evolution of clinical information systems at the hospital. This individual coordinates all aspects of EMR/CPOE Project training for hospital employees in conjunction with the Clinical Informaticist. In addition, serves as a liaison between clinicians, ancillary departments, and Information Technology (IT) to align clinical and IT standards with department workflow, processes, and policies. Analyzes, develops or enhances tests and implements clinical application systems and procedures according to organizational needs. Assists with projects and requests to support automated patient care and management information systems. Demonstrates leadership in the implementation, integration, and ongoing evolution of clinical information systems Knowledge of current trends in nursing informatics

Requirements:
Current Pennsylvania RN licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Knowledge of current trends in nursing informatics
