Seeking Experienced Medical Assistants & Medical Secretaries
Nursefinders is currently hiring experienced Medical Assistants/Medical Secretaries for a special project with! a prestigious health system in the Philadelphia area. There are separate responsibilities for both experienced front and back office MA’s without any crossover of duties. Medical Assistants/Secretaries will be required to travel to multiple local outpatient facilities. These are Full Time assignments with a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours/week. There is a 2 evening per week requirement as well as an occasional Saturday. Overtime will be paid. Part time is available with no minimum guarantee of hours. Project is expected to last 6-9 month term & top performers will have the potential for permanent hire based on mutual interest.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Back Office:
High level of proficiency with: Experience with adult or pediatric patients, proficiency with both is preferred but not required EKG Administering PPD’s Injections both IM an SC Performing various treatments and tests

Front Office:
P! ull charts and check in patients Verification of Insurance Ans! wering telephone and process calls Maintaining filing system Working knowledge of medical terminology Strong customer service skills Any other duties assigned or delegated

Both Positions will require:
Flexible hours Dependable Transportation Minimum 2 years of experience post MA diploma or certification Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written Ability to follow instructions efficiently
