More details about this job opportunity kindly read the description below. The hours for this position are: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, for a total of 25 Hours per week.
This position is responsible fo! r overseeing and ensuring that Lifesteps Early Intervention services offered in six counties operate efficiently and effectively. The Supervisor, Early Intervention directly supervises the following staff positions within the Pediatric Independent Evaluation program: Developmental Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech Pathologists. The Supervisor, Early Intervention acts as a liaison between the county service coordinators, county Base Service Units and state level OMR monitoring team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Mentor, observe and provide feedback, motivation and professional leadership to staff.
Ensure compliance in accordance with legal, regulatory and licensing requirements and Agency policies, procedures, and rules.
Review and communicate to staff and related parties changes to regulations, service delivery, etc.
Prepare for monitoring visits, provide accurate informati! on/files to the monitor, and create plans of correction if nee! ded.
Establish and maintain relationships with Service Coordination, the Base Service Units and other agencies in order to maintain and enhance quality, address unmet needs, coordinate services and secure contracts / funding.
Monitor and evaluate EI budgets to ensure program is operating effectively and efficiently.
