Registered Nurse - PACU

More details about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing patient care in accordance with established standards and skill competency.
Minimum Qualifications 1. Must possess a current license or a te! mporary practice permit to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 2. Appropriate clinical experience with a thorough knowledge of the scientific principles of nursing and professional nursing standards, developed skill in delivering nursing care, and the ability to adapt to individual needs. 3. A fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system. 4. The ability to successfully complete a competency-based orientation and annual competency testing of skills and/or knowledge necessary to provide care to specific patient populations. 5. Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications or currently scheduled for certification.
Preferred Qualifications 1. One to three years of clinical experience in a related field. 2. One year of critical care experience. 3. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
