Systems Analyst

This role will be the service manager for CRF Health’s ERP system and be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s ERP system, working with business partners on the development of new functiona! lity, and supporting ERP end users. CRF Health uses a cloud based ERP system from Netsuite for CRM, Logistics, Finance, Project Management, a Customer Portal, and other functions. Responsibilities Work with internal departments to understand their business processes and develop customizations to meet their needs Develop, test, and deploy customizations, custom objects, new functionality and SuiteApps based on evolving needs using SuiteCloud Developer Tools and JavaScript Implement and maintain integrations to other internal and 3rd party systems Perform day-to-day administration of ERP system Provide help-desk assistance to all global ERP users Provide advanced reporting and searching assistance Troubleshoot and quickly resolve issues with ERP system as they occur Manage system security and maintain system backups Ensure all changes are documented and tested to meet our Quality Management System requirements Provide training to individuals and user groups within the company! Maintain data integrity through imports, cleansing, de-duplic! ation, and other data maintenance activities Domestic and international travel may be required Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT or Life Sciences or relevant experience Minimum 2-3 years experience as a system administrator, analyst, DBA, or developer required Minimum 2-3 years experience developing in JavaScript, Apex, or Python Experience working with cloud based ERP or CRM systems in similar roles. Direct Netsuite or Netsuite OneWorld experience strongly preferred.
