Position Description:
- Enroll physicians in the program
- Meet or exceed program metrics and objectives
- Deliver clinical educational services and programs to healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes in a variety of disease states with the target audience being the under-diagnosed, misdiagnosed, or under-treated
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Provide patient education
- Perform practice assessments, develop educational plans, implement plans, evaluate practice adoption of new skills and confirm embedded behavior change
- Maintain consistency with regulatory requirements, policies and procedures
- Implement activities into a web-based CRM system
- Provide territory progress updates and status reports to manager
- Analyze territory business performance and adjust direction and goals with management input. Manage administrative responsibilities, including, pre-
- Demonstrate EngageCE key attributes
- Registered Nurse with license in good standing
- 4-year Bachelorâs Degree from an accredited Institution
- 3-5 years clinical experience in pediatric endocrinology
- Strategic thinking & planning skills and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening, presentations)
- Possess a commitment to high standards and quality care
- Confident and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Ability to motivate and persuade others
- Conveys clinical competence
