Customer Success Trainer [Malaysia]

We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team, with a key role in training our customers on how to use our system, Kreloses. You'll be working with vet and dental clinics in Malaysia, helping them to smoothly transition to our system through online training, and providing support during this change.

Part of your role will also involve assisting current customers with any problems they might have, using video calls and online support when needed. Kreloses is a top choice in Malaysia for managing vet clinics, animal medical centers, and animal hospitals. We also work with customers in the physio, chiropractor, dental, and similar fields across Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This opportunity could be a perfect fit for you if you have experience in software training, technical support, or any similar educational role. We're looking for someone who is comfortable in explaining technical concepts in a clear and understandable way, and who enjoys helping others learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate online training sessions for new business customers on Kreloses software via Zoom.
  • Providing customer support through Zoom calls or our internal support tool.
  • Ensuring new customers fully utilize Kreloses software during their onboarding period.
  • Assisting existing customers in maximizing the use of Kreloses software in their daily operations.
  • Providing your insights and feedback to the engineering team to improve the system.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years in educating or training roles.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Comfortable with on-camera presentations.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, education or a technical field.
  • Prepared home-office setup (computer plus high-speed internet - 30 Mbps and above).
  • Availability: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.
  • You will be required to be available for 4 hours on one Saturday each month, for which you will be compensated at 2 times your rate.
