The main responsibilities of the Maintenance employee is to performance maintenance and Repairs to the facilities as needed, and to assemble and install office equipment.
Essential Job Functions
- Follow defined schedule and work assignment.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
- Understanding of basic principles of organization’s Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety, and RecyclingSystem.
- Label and store any non-functioning equipment for safety handling.
- Perform minor carpentry, plumbing and paint as needed to help the maintenance team.
- Minor Floor polish.
- Provide grounds keeping services, such as landscaping and snow removal.
- Equipment Inspections.
- Complete any additional duties assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Complete reports as required by manager or supervision.

- Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- The work is done with slight variations in temperature and in a generally risk-free environment
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, mask, back supports, mask, etc.)
- The maintenance and cleaning of the store say the company continues with required safety codes
