Office Manager


 

he ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates.

Responsibilities

  • dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Overseeing general office operations
  • preparing letters, presentations and reports
  • supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • processing invoices and managing office budgets
  • attending meetings with senior management
  • Assist GM and CEO

Skills

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Quick learner and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
