360 Orthodontics is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused patient coordinator to join our remote work team.
Must be available to work Tuesday through Thursday 10am - 6:30pm (Pacific Time) and Friday through Saturday 9:30am-6pm (Pacific Time).
Bilingual Spanish speakers highly encouraged to apply.

Requirements:
- Strong oral and written English skills
- High school diploma
- Be a US citizen or be authorized to work in the United States
- Detail oriented

Duties:
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls
- Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
- Maintain and manage leads and schedule consultations
- Enter all relevant patient information into data system
- Maintain and manage patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations
- Respond and comply to requests for information
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
