The Inside Sales Support Executive supports and manages both Enterprise and Bulk’s after sales operation.The Support Executive play a major role in project management for our clients and ensures that a standardized level of service is maintained for all occasions.

Your Day-to-Day (Job Description)

  • Project Management for corporate clients : Involved with orders/project management, reporting, communications with clients (external) & creative & production department (internal). Assist end to end project which involves from production meeting, sample kit & mass production to shipping.
  • Support Enterprise & Bulk-buy operation: working closely with Sales Team to handle daily queries, assist on payment & generating voucher code.
  • Work with internal stakeholders as a lead to plan, create, and launch Sales Project.
  • Work closely with Head Of Sales to implement, and manage B2B strategy and improve admin and processes.
  • Work with creative & copywriter to coordinate B2B’s marketing initiatives such as EDM, Linkedin, instagram post.
  • Planning for the projects’ execution processes in order to ensure smooth process & clear communication internally and externally of the organization.
  • Help maintain close and strong relationships and ensure satisfaction with clients and agencies and be able to assist them from time-to-time.
  • Part of the committees of company’s events and campaigns in charge of invitation, attendance, reservation,registration and other executions.
  • Monitor different competitors in the industry to understand different projects execution and clients’ events.
  • Possessing excellent communication and product knowledge to enhance client support.
  • Be an effective team player and ensure all task are smooth, successful and goal-oriented.

Your Know-How (Job Requirements)

  • Education level. (diploma/university degree/Business administration) - Mass communications, hospitality
  • Experience.(Minimum Three years working experiences) - sales, customer service
  • Specific skills:- (Strong google Excel, power point, words)
  • Must be good in both written and spoken in English & Malay language
  • Good communication skills
  • Detailed oriented
  • Personal characteristics- Positive attitude, cheerful high spirit
  • Proven similar experiences working in support roles, administrative support/coordination, communicating internal and external custome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
