We are currently seeking a Facets Claims Examiner - REMOTE to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska (US-NE), United States (US).

Responsibilities:
  • Process claims by following the policies and procedures as defined by the customer.
  • Take up additional trainings/ new assignments or projects that may come up as per client needs.
  • Meet/ exceed required performance measures such as quality and productivity standards
  • Meet/ exceed process SLAs
  • Confirm to the required regulatory and compliance requirements such as the HIPAA.
  • Confirm to the organizational and client training requirements
  • Understand how work impacts results for their area as well as other processes.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develops relationships to facilitate workflow.
  • Knowledge of related regulations and standards.
  • Strong understanding of current processes and procedures and may identify opportunities for improvement.


Qualifications:
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of full cycle claims processing experience in a Health Plan setting (Pay, Pend, Deny)
  • 1+ year of experience processing claims in Facets
  • 5+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, leverage internet search engines, and other web based applications.
  • 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite that required daily usage of Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and ZOOM.
  • Ability to type 40 WPM

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $16 - $16.75/hr. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

For Colorado Candidates:

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. For a candidate in the state of Colorado only, the starting pay range for this role is $16/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.

If eligible for incentive compensation: The candidate may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on personal and/or company performance.
