Position Overview: Cloudscape Smoke and Vape is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable individual with prior experience in the cannabis industry and familiarity with glass and other smoke shop and hemp products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
- Actively engage customers and offer expert guidance on glass, CBD, delta-8, hookah, smoke shop products, and more.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals by recommending products and upselling based on customer needs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to create an inviting and customer-friendly shopping experience.
- Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous experience in the smoke shop or cannabis industry is required.
- Knowledge of glass, hemp, and smoke shop products is essential.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, for part-time or full-time hours.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with glass, hemp, and smoke-related products.
- Familiarity with current trends in the cannabis and smoke shop industries.
- Sales-driven mindset and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
