Description: Pediatric and Adult Vision Care is at present recruited Practice manager right now, this position will be designated in Pennsylvania. An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic individual as a PRACTICE MANAGER for a growing eye care practice in the North Hills that is committed to excellence and integrity. ! We are expanding and need a proven leader to drive and oversee the team and the growth.

Working with an already established amazing team in this fun and fast-paced environment, you will oversee all general office management and human resources operations for a staff of 40, as well as all accounting, marketing and public relations activities. You will display solid leadership skills and possess proven success managing a team of accomplished Doctors, as well as various medical staff.

Reporting to the Owner, you will ensure the Practice is meeting goals and objectives as set forth by the Owner and will serve as a liaison between Doctors and staff, while maintaining Practice regulatory compliance, licensure and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
ïÆ'Ëœ The management and operation of the office on a daily basis including staff, patient care, patient scheduling, reception, etc.
ïÆ'Ëœ Collaboration ! with the Owner and office staff on patient care and related ac! tivities of the Practice and the formulation of best practices.
ïÆ'Ëœ Review, creation and implementation of various policies and procedures according to the business model and overall vision.
ïÆ'Ëœ Development of guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness and modifying activities as necessary to ensure proper patient care and consistent office operations.
ïÆ'Ëœ Hiring, orientation, training and supervision of staff.
ïÆ'Ëœ Management of staff performance including performance reviews and plans, corrective action, discipline and conflict resolution, while maintaining accurate documentation and upholding confidentiality.
ïÆ'Ëœ Formulation and oversight of financial plans, as directed by the Owner.
ïÆ'Ëœ Management of budget, reporting and expenditures in collaboration with Owner and Department Heads.
ïÆ'Ëœ Overseeing payroll, accounts payables, receivables, collections and routine bank deposits.
ïÆ'Ëœ Particip! ation in annual goals and objectives planning, as well as annual budget preparation.
ïÆ'Ëœ Ensuring an abundance of new patient flow to assist with expansion efforts through marketing and advertising campaigns.
ïÆ'Ëœ Oversight of company website, as well as marketing activities on various social media outlets such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.
ïÆ'Ëœ Collaboration with Owner on promotional and patient literature, brochures, newsletters and give away items, as well as various public relations activities (i.e. patient events, open houses, etc.)

Ideal candidates will possess:
ïÆ'Ëœ Minimum of 3 years of related experience in the medical/healthcare industry interfacing directly with physicians, clinicians and medical staff. Experience and proven results in taking a practice to a higher level preferred.

ïÆ'Ëœ Ability to see the overall vision of the Practice as communicated by the Owner and follow through on all details needed to! ensure future growth and expansion.
ïÆ'Ëœ Excellent people skills! demonstrating leadership, open communication and collaboration.
ïÆ'Ëœ Experience overseeing office relocation, renovation and expansion efforts.
ïÆ'Ëœ Strong decision making skills.
ïÆ'Ëœ Knowledge of medical terminology.
ïÆ'Ëœ Understanding of patient flow and scheduling.
ïÆ'Ëœ Strong technical skills – strong computer literacy
ïÆ'Ëœ Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
