The physical therapist provides services to infants, children, adolescents and young adults following the guidelines of the departmental scope of services.
JOB RELATIONSHIPS:
RESPONSIBLE TO : Supervisor or Coordinator of Physical Therapy
WORKERS SUPERVISED : Physical therapy assistants, therapy aides, PHEAA Students, and volunteers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BS, MS, certificate, MPT, or DPT from an accredited Physical Therapy Department
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE : Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania; Successful completion of a pediatric affiliation or previous experience with a pediatric population is preferred.
