Job Description: The Patient Service Representative provides the clerical/administrative components of patient encounters as a member of the care delivery team. Minimum Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Customer service experience required. Demonstrates the ability to work effectively in a dynamic customer service environment with interruptions and can adapt to changing priorities. Demonstrates excellent service behaviors. Demonstrates accuracy and compliance with detailed-oriented responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a health care environment preferred. Knowledge and working use of medical terminology preferred. Licensure and Certifications: N/A Influenza vaccination is required for all colleagues with patient contact unless medically contraindicated or due to a bona fide religious belief or practice, and is strongly encouraged for all colleagues.
