TinQwise Immersive is a game studio that creates web-based and offline serious games to help L&Ds in fast-growing companies boost employee learning and engagement. We are transitioning from bespoke projects to products and need your help in making that leap!
Are you a young, dynamic, and entrepreneurial-minded professional with a passion for learning and development, as well as knowledge and experience in games or serious games? Are you excited about the opportunity to co-own and grow a serious games start-up that creates web-based games for amazing clients? Then we want you to join us as our COO and Co-Owner!
As our COO and Co-Owner, you will work closely with the founder and CEO to manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of the company, drive growth and profitability, and build a strong and motivated team. You will oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our serious games products and services, as well as build strategic partnerships and client relationships. Developing and delivering a line of products while maintaining a healthy operation is one of the main challenges that you will face in this role.
Relevant experience in operations, team management, and/or business development- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (NL & ENG), interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and passion for games or serious games
- Experience in the e-learning, serious games, or edtech industries is a plus
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership and initiative
- A passion for learning and development, and a desire to make a positive impact in the world
