People Operations Specialist - Mexico


 

Your Impact

As a People Operations Specialist at DISCO you will be responsible for completing new hire pre-boarding tasks and ensure compliance of all new hire processes globally. Respond to new hire and employee questions while maintaining excellent internal customer service and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems. Enter, audit, and update data and processes in Workday.

What You'll Do

  • Complete new hire pre-boarding in Workday (HCM), ensuring timeliness and data accuracy
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met, including: background checks, I-9 verification/right to work, E-Verify, and policy acknowledgements
  • Audit new hire information regularly to ensure HR compliance
  • Provide data and documentation for internal/external audits
  • Monitor the People Team ticketing system (ServiceNow) and serving as the primary point of contact for employee/new hire questions
  • Provide HR systems support to HRBPs and making administrative corrections as needed
  • Update business processes and current configuration as business needs change
  • Maintain Supervisory Organization Hierarchy in Workday
  • Prepare ad hoc Workday and Greenhouse reports to business stakeholders
  • Prepare bi-monthly and quarterly HR reports
  • Troubleshoot business process issues
  • Assign roles and user-based security
  • Assist with user acceptance testing
  • Create training and process documents for employees, managers, and HRBPs
  • Maintain/update People Team content within employee intranet (Confluence)
  • Partner with members of the People Team or cross-functional stakeholders on various ad hoc projects

Who You Are

  • Minimum 1+ year HR operations experience
  • Experience with HRIS, proficiency with Workday is required
  • Skilled and quick to adapt in various technology domains.
  • Ability to problem solve and proactively seek solutions to identified problems
  • Ability to be flexible and shift priorities in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
