Customer Care Representative (Voice & Semi Non-voice)
Responds to customer’s queries and complaints; keeps client’s equipment operational by following established procedures on reporting and troubleshooting malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (18yrs old +)
- No experience required
- With Good or Trainable English communications skills
- Amenable to work onsite (Makati)
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Willing to start immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to Php16,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
