Registered Nurse - Pediatric Physician Practice

Job Description:
Manages and provides care to designated patients, or groups of patients, guided by Pennsylvania Nursing Code in collaboration with an LVPG provider, as a member of the care delivery team. Participates in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the physician office practice. May be required to work in a variety of LVPG practice setting! s.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience as a r! egistered nurse.
Current Pennsylvania Registered Professional Nurse license.
Computer knowledge and skills Current BLS certification
Influenza vaccination will be required for all personnel working within LVHN, who have patient contact, unless medically contraindicated or due to a bonafide religious belief or practice.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a registered nurse in an office practice setting preferred.
Licensure and Certifications:
Current Pennsylvania Registered Professional Nurse license.
