Cole Memorial is seeking a a part time (20 hours/week) Pediatric Network Care Manger to support the Cole and Port Pediatric Offices within the Charles Cole Medical Group! .
A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Pennsylvania is required. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to promote teamwork within and across departmental boundaries is required. Previous experience in a physician office is preferred. Chronic care expertise is required.
