Job Discerprtion:
The Scrum Master is self-motivated and serves as a highly organized team leader responsible for leading and managing a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile\Scrum practices. The Scrum Master provides a single point of contact for all Scrum team-related activities and information with respect to applications or products assigned to the Scrum team. The Scrum Master must possess the ability to understand, translate, and apply Agile concepts into effective business processes at AgFirst. An effective Scrum Master is able to make the transition from concept and principles to the effective behavior-based application of leadership skills that support the line of business products, different business models, and technology architecture/environments unique to specific lines of business.
