- Graduation from a School of Nursing is required
Coordinate total nursing care for patients, participate in patient and family te! aching, and provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other members of the interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical and resource outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing , Diploma Program, Associate Degree Program, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing, is preferred.
Must have current license or temporary practice permit to practice as Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Must successfully complete orientation including, but not limited to, successful completion of medication validation and written medication examination.
Must maintain current American Heart Association CPR certification.
Must be able to meet health standards for employment.
Qualifications: Short Procedure Unit
ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire.
At least one (1) year previous RN experience on a general medical/surgical floor! is preferred.
One (1) year previous Outpatient experience! preferred, surgical unit or Critical Care experience preferred.
Should have some familiarity with surgical procedures and Phase Two recovery of adults and pediatric patients.
